All new vehicles comply with all current health and safety and European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval (ECWVTA) regulations. Irrelevant of Vehicle category, ECWVTA is a legislation change to ensure that all vehicles are ‘safe to use on the road and have a lower impact on the environment?
M1 – Vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of passengers and comprising of no more than eight seats in addition to the drivers seat.
M2 – Vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of passengers comprising of more than eight seats in addition to the drivers seat and having a maximum mass not exceeding 5 tonnes.
